Final Paper Guidelines

The conference program is available at this link.

For accepted proposals to be included in the conference proceedings and program, two things must occur. First, the original submitter must submit a final non-blinded version of the paper that meets the conference formatting guidelines (see below) by June 1, 2016. Second, at least one author must register for the conference by September 15, 2016.

Final papers maybe submitted in English or in Spanish with an English translation. Please see the separate guidelines for each.

Poster submissions

On or before June 1, if your submission was accepted as a poster, we ask that you submit a short paper describing your poster:

For the conference, you should bring a poster. The maximum poster size is 48 inches wide and 36 inches high. A few of the posters will be displayed on walls of a conference room. However, most of the posters will be displayed on trifold poster boards. We will provide the boards and binder clips to attach the posters to the boards. Just note that while you will have 48 inches of linear space, the trifold boards will be standing on tables and so the two sides will be angled in.
